Actionstep and First AML announce native integration ahead of Australia's Tranche 2 reforms

Sydney, Australia. 2 March 2026 - Actionstep and First AML today announced the release of their native integration, giving Australian law firms a smooth, automated and audit-ready AML workflow ahead of Tranche 2 reforms commencing 1 July 2026.
The integration pairs Actionstep’s configurable matter workflows with First AML’s configurable compliance platform, allowing firms to run AML in a way that fits how they already work. Frontline staff can now initiate AML directly from Actionstep, while the AMLCO manages the full process in First AML. Information flows cleanly between the systems, reducing admin and creating a complete, defensible audit trail.
